KiwiDesigNZ had the privilege of designing this remarkable show home in Auckland for a Chinese developer who wanted a distinctive and unique project. The outcome resulted in a modern, clean aesthetic and a layout that seamlessly blends practicality with inspiration. This stunning residence offers a memorable and enjoyable experience for visitors of all ages.
Drawing inspiration from Auckland’s renowned maritime heritage as the "City of Sails," our team at KiwiDesigNZ infused the design with nautical elements, creating a home that beautifully reflects the city’s unique character. This innovative approach resulted in a truly one-of-a-kind space that stands out in both design and functionality from the neighbours.

This 5-Star VIP Residential development consisting of 97 individual 4-6 bedroom luxury villas located in one of premier residential locations within Dubai won Best Architecture, Best Interior Design & Best Landscape Design + more. This 100 year-old German Hi-Tec Industrial blue chip company required a practical and cost affective design solution to cater for it's growing Asian workforce.
Our design made sure to provide easy access for handicapped visitors while maintaining a open planned and interactive feel whilst being cognitive of sustainability led metrics. With a limited budget both our Client and ourselves were very proud of the final product.
